Blue Life Red Cyano RX

Blue Life Red Cyano RX is a targeted treatment designed to eliminate red slime (cyanobacteria) from saltwater aquariums. It works on live rock, live sand, and coral surfaces without harming fish, invertebrates, or beneficial bacteria when used as directed. The formula does not discolour the water — a common problem with many cyanobacteria treatments — and is considered reef‑safe (though caution is advised with sponges). For best results, manually remove as much cyano as possible before treatment, dissolve the correct dose (one level scoop per 10 gallons / ~38 L), and add early in the lighting cycle. A 25% water change 24 h after dosing helps restore water conditions; if cyanobacteria persists, a second treatment after another water change can be performed.
